Paolo Pautriè

Born in Turin in 1958 and called to the Bar in 1985. High School Diploma and Degree in Law at the 'University of Turin with 110/110, 1st Class Honours.

Supreme Court and Statutory Auditor (already R.U.C.).

His area of expertise, in which he has acquired over thirty years of experience, is that related to business issues, including aspects of labor law, liability actions against directors and auditors, bankruptcy proceedings, disposals of shares and companies, debt restructuring and the contracts in general, including the techniques of heritage protection.

On these matters in the past decade he has held regular lectures and conferences, in particular at the Association of Accountants of Turin.
